Transparency

For Expedition Payments: 

1/3 for operational expenses (nights in camping/hotels, transportation, food)

1/3 for the guide compensation (50% salary, 50% bonus and trainings)

1/3 for Away (33% in equitable funds, 33% in re-investments, 33% for CEO & Stakeholders)

For Expedition Donations:

For operational expenses (food, camp, transportation, ...)
If excess:
1/2 of the excess for the guide compensation
1/2 of the excess for Away (33% in equitable funds, 33% in re-investments, 33% for CEO & Stakeholders)
